What Makes MDL Special?
Think of MDL as your first step into the world of Muay Thai.
Our events are semi-contact sparring sessions designed to help you improve your skills in a supportive, educational environment.
No knockouts. No wins. No losses.
Open to participants aged 12 and up, with optional light head contact.
Your focus? Growth, discipline, and fun.
Before your first bout, we encourage you to revisit the basics:
Balance
Timing
Position
Accuracy
These foundations are your keys to success, and we’re here to help you practice in a live simulation before getting ready for harder-contact events.
Practice here as long as you’d like before graduating or simply have fun with the experience.
The MDL is safe for all ages!

At MDL, we use the Aggression Level (AGL) System to match fighters by skill, ensuring every bout feels right for you.
Level 1: Beginners building confidence and learning basic techniques.
Level 2: Fighters focused on observation and practicing counterattacks.
Level 3: Fighters with natural ambition, learning to balance instinct and control.
Level 4: Advanced practitioners with excellent technique and etiquette.
Level 5: Seasoned fighters and professionals who lead by example.
No matter your level, our referees and coaches are there to make sure every session is safe, engaging, and valuable.
After Your Bout
When the gloves come off, the learning doesn’t stop. At MDL, every participant gets a personalized scorecard with feedback to help guide their training.
Take the time to reflect:
What did you do well?
Where can you improve?
Talk it over with your coach, and come back stronger for the next event.
